SHIPPING

All NON-TINTED material orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your confirmed order.

All TINTED material orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days of receiving your confirmed order, with the exception of custom orders.

Stucco Italiano, Inc. will notify you if anything might prevent your order from shipping on time. 

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa and MasterCard. 

RETURNS

No cancellations or returns on any TINTED product.

No returns after 30 days.

All returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 

SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES

Inspect each shipment upon delivery and note any discrepancies or damage on the carrier’s freight bill at the time of delivery.

Shortages and damages must be reported to Stucco Italiano, Inc. within 48 hours of delivery.

Discrepancies or damage occurring during transit are the carrier’s responsibility.

Claims should be made immediately with the carrier.

Stucco Italiano, Inc. cannot assume responsibility for damages or losses occurring during transit.
